Residential and commercial real estate (with clear title)
Vehicles in running condition (car, truck, van)
Office furniture, computers, and equipment (working order)
Household goods and appliances (gently used)

Conditions

A few important requirements

Clear title & ownership
You must legally own the asset with no undisclosed liens or judgments.
Usable condition
Items should be functional and safe. We reserve the right to inspect before accepting.
No environmental liabilities
For real estate, disclose environmental history; we may require a Phase I assessment.
Independent appraisal (>$5,000)
Items valued over $5,000 require a qualified independent appraisal for tax purposes.
Delivery & pickup
We'll coordinate pickup or delivery; large items may involve a mutually agreed timeline.
Tax receipt
We provide a written acknowledgment for every accepted donation — required for your deduction.
