Property & In-Kind Giving

Give what you own to grow what we can do.

Real estate, vehicles, equipment, and quality goods can be transformed into direct support for families and youth. Here's what we accept and how it works.

What we accept

Assets that can serve the mission

  • Residential and commercial real estate (with clear title)
  • Vehicles in running condition (car, truck, van)
  • Office furniture, computers, and equipment (working order)
  • Household goods and appliances (gently used)
  • Building materials and gift cards
  • Stocks, securities, and planned gifts
Conditions

A few important requirements

  • Clear title & ownership
You must legally own the asset with no undisclosed liens or judgments.

Items should be functional and safe. We reserve the right to inspect before accepting.
  • No environmental liabilities
For real estate, disclose environmental history; we may require a Phase I assessment.
  • Independent appraisal (>$5,000)
Items valued over $5,000 require a qualified independent appraisal for tax purposes.
